My Journey

After ten years in this industry, I’ve had the privilege of learning from, being mentored by, and exchanging knowledge with some of the most gifted dog trainers in the world.

Beyond dog training, I’ve also been fortunate to learn from incredible business mentors who have pushed me to develop a deep understanding of marketing, sales, and content creation. 1. Revelation - Shifting your focus
Establish your philosophy, Understand how to create a basic sales system and building an authentic offer that brings amazing results AND income.
2. Origins – Understanding  “why?”
Behaviour doesn’t happen in a vacuum, it has origins. In this module, you’ll learn to identify the root causes of problem behaviours, from genetics to environment, and understand the owner’s emotional journey. By combining behavioural insight with empathy, you’ll set clear expectations and create lasting change for both dog and human. Understating this is key to success.
3. Drive – Unlocking True Motivation
A motivated dog isn’t just born, it’s built. In this module, you’ll learn how to transform flat, lazy, and disengaged dogs into eager partners who want to work with you everywhere, not just where the treats are easy. By understanding what truly drives behaviour, you’ll create engagement that lasts beyond the kitchen.
4. Fortitude - building resilient dogs
Confidence isn’t instant, it’s cultivated. In this module, you’ll learn how to guide nervous, shut-down dogs toward resilience by creating safe challenges, reinforcing bravery, and shifting their mindset. We’ll also spend some discussing how to make ourselves more resilient and able to deal with the mental dog that comes with the canine industry.
5. Instruments - Understanding tools
Tools don’t train dogs, handlers do. In this module, we’ll break down the pros and cons of e-collars, prongs, head-haltis, and more, cutting through the controversy with an unfiltered look at what works, what doesn’t, and why. You’ll learn different conditioning techniques, ethical applications, and how to choose the right tool for the right dog.
6. Purpose – Creating Healthy Addictions
In this module, you’ll learn how to use play to fill behavioural voids, channel a dogs drives productively, and create a dog that’s addicted to the right things. By shaping purposeful interaction, you’ll replace problem behaviours with constructive fulfillment.
7. Accord – Cultivating a Healthy Relationship
One of the most misunderstood concepts in dog training. In this module, you’ll define what a truly healthy dynamic looks like and learn how to rekindle broken ones. By adopting “the big brother” role, you’ll see a different dynamic between you and your dog, or your client and theirs.
8. Clarity – Restoring Balance
Punishment isn’t about control, it’s about clarity. In this module, we’ll break down common misconceptions, learn how to apply punishment effectively, and understand its role in creating a well-adjusted, clear headed dog.
9. Influence – Crafting Content That Converts
Attention is easy, resonance is powerful. In this module, you’ll learn how to create content that speaks directly to your audience, builds trust, and turns engagement into action. By mastering storytelling, market research and strategic messaging, I’ll teach you how to turn any platform into a lead-generating machine.
10. Ascend – The Ultimate Sales Machine
This is where everything comes together. In this module, you’ll learn how to tie your philosophy, training methods, and content strategy into a seamless system, one that doesn’t just attract clients, but automates income on a scale no other dog trainer is leveraging. Who created this programme?

Every module, lesson, and live session is created and delivered by me, Jacob Morgan. All calls are hosted by me, and all feedback comes directly from me—no outsourcing, no middlemen, just direct mentorship.

Do I need to be a dog trainer already?

No! I love helping aspiring trainers get off on the right foot and graduate to working independently. One of my recent clients made over €10,000 in her first month as a professional dog trainer.

Do I have to be an online trainer?

Not at all. I’ve helped dog walkers, large facilities, and in-home boarders improve both their skills and business models, this course is designed to work for any training style.

Is this programme only for the UK?

Is puppy training covered?
